These Terms of Service govern your use of the gg Variant Images Shopify app and this website (ggapps.store), both operated by ggApps. By installing the app or using our services, you agree to these terms.
The App
gg Variant Images is a Shopify app that lets you assign specific product images to specific variants, so customers see the right images when they select a variant on your storefront.
The app requires installing an app embed in your Shopify theme to function on the storefront. Setup instructions are available in the app’s Setup Guide.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring the app is correctly configured for your store and theme
- You must have a valid, active Shopify store to use the app
- You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm other merchants or Shopify
- You are responsible for keeping your Shopify account credentials secure
Theme Compatibility
gg Variant Images works with most popular Shopify themes. If you encounter a compatibility issue with your theme, contact us at [email protected] and we will work to add support within 48 hours.
Billing
Billing is handled through Shopify’s native billing system and managed by our billing partner, Mantle. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Subscription terms, pricing, and any applicable free trial periods are shown in the Shopify App Store listing and within the app.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. No further charges will be made after uninstallation.
Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the app running reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the app at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you where reasonably practicable.
Limitation of Liability
gg Variant Images is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ggApps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost revenue or data.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the app will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Intellectual Property
The gg Variant Images app, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by ggApps. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ggApps operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
